Welcome to the Meigle Primary School website.

I am the Headteacher of both Meigle and Kettins Primary Schools. I have been in post since October 2019 and was permanently appointed to the position in July 2020. I take pride in the high expectations and aspirations that we have for our learners at Meigle Primary School. We encourage everyone to do their very best and provide opportunities for all to experience success in learning. We are currently revising our school values. I am ably assisted by my Principal Teacher, Mrs Fiona Tasker, together we lead the school community with enthusiasm and optimism.
I hope that you find this website useful and are able to navigate with ease to find information you may require. Please download the school app too for quick access to relevant information. We aim to work closely with our parents and wider community and communication is key.

Thursday 26 June- School Packed Lunch

Please follow the link to order a school trip packed lunch for end of term next Thursday. The packed lunches are free for P1-P5 pupils and those in receipt of free school meals.

Please place your order by 9am Monday 23rd June.

Mobile Library

A reminder that the Mobile Library will be visiting our school for the final pick-up of all books tomorrow. No new books will be chosen until after the summer holidays.

Information for next week

Could all pupils bring a carrier bag on Monday for taking work home.
On Wednesday 25th June could all pupils come in P.E kit and both classes will be having a movie morning!. The films are P2-4 Fantastic Mr Fox and P5-7 Wonka.
If you do not wish for your child to participate, please contact the school office by 3.15pm Tuesday. Thank you

Enterprise Day

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update our Enterprise Day ( with car wash and cookies and lemonade) will now be this Friday 11-12.30, instead of Thursday. Please change the date in your diary and we look forward to seeing you then. Thank you.

P7 School Trip

Our P7s are due back at Coupar Angus Primary School at 3pm for collection from there.
They have had a fantastic time!

Netball Match Thursday 19th June 4.45-5.45

Morning Everyone

Just another event for your calendar. The last netball club is on Monday 16th June.

Additionally there is a training and a freindly match with Blairgowrie Live Active Club on Thursday 19th June 4.45 - 5.45 at Live Active Recreational Centre Blairgowrie. Pupils are required to make their own way there and home and if they havent already hand in their permission slips prior to the event. Thank you.

Enterprise day - Thursday 19th June 11.30 - 12.30

Hi Everyone,

The P5-7 pupils are having an enterprise day. They will be offering car washing service and selling home made cookies and lemonade. Please come along in support and bring your cars! This event will be on Thursday 19th June at 11.00-12.30. Everyone welcome. Thank you for your support.
